Overview: A 4-day leadership gathering for 220 General Managers focused on launching the new 3-year 'AMPLIFY' strategic plan. The goal was to create a high-end, immersive visual identity that bridged the gap between corporate innovation and the prestigious heritage of the venue.
The Challenge
How do you translate a complex corporate strategy into an inspiring visual journey?
The project required a seamless 360° identity, maintaining absolute consistency across more than 50 different touchpoints—from digital apps to large-scale physical installations—in a venue as iconic as the Grandes Écuries de Chantilly.
The Creative Concept
The Digital Impulse The identity centers on a powerful metaphor: The Stallion in Motion.
As a tribute to Chantilly (the City of Horses) and the "Great Stables" where the gala took place, I designed a stylized stallion composed of dynamic particles.
Momentum: Symbolizing the "Amplify" strategy's energy and forward motion.
Digital Transformation: The particle-based aesthetic represents data, connectivity, and the future of the group.
Heritage & Place: A sophisticated nod to the equestrian local culture.

The experience began before arrival with a premium welcome pack and a dedicated event app, setting the tone for a high-tech yet prestigious summit.

Scenography - From Canvas to Motion
The visual identity was deployed across both physical and digital media.
The "Digital Stallion" first appeared on large-scale printed canvases, before coming to life on LED screens as a dynamic motion jingle, punctuating the event's key moments.
The Live Stage
The strategy came to life on stage. The digital stallion became a living "motion jingle," punctuating key announcements and creating a rhythmic flow for the plenary sessions.
The Result
A unified, "wow-effect" identity that successfully fostered leadership alignment with the new strategic vision.
The identity was a major success, perfectly balancing modern innovation with the prestige of Chantilly. It received outstanding feedback for its ability to unify the group’s leaders around a bold new vision.
